Timando que es gerundio

No pensaba escribir nada de esto. Pero visto que cada día esta más generalizado y la gente suele picar con facilidad. Hoy os voy a contar, algo que ya sabréis muchos. Estoy hablando del timo de los chollos pisos

¿Qué es un chollopiso? Pues es un pisito para alquilar en cualquier ciudad de este país llamado España a muy buen precio en una buena zona. Claro ¿quien podría resistirse a una oferta de ese calibre? Para ilustraros dicho timo os contare una experiencia personal con este timo.

Estaba yo este sábado, tumbado en el sofá de mi casa cuando recibo una llamada de mi Ingenuo Amigo, IA a partir de este momento.

IA: K tío, veras tu que sabes de esto de Internet (claro, soy informático y por lo tanto domino Internet a la perfección). Que he encontrado un piso precioso en Bonitaplayadondevivo y quería ver que opinabas.

Fase 1 del timo el “primo” pica el anzuelo.

K: Bueno, ahora tengo el portátil apagado si me das 5 minutos y me envías el enlace te digo que me parece ( Informático y  además Agente inmobiliario , estoy por pluriemplearme)

IA: No, no. Que me han enviado un mail a mi pregunta de si podría ver el piso y quería pedirte opinión. Que yo esto de Internet no lo domino bien y no se si es seguro.

K: Venga, pásame ese correo (¿Qué tendrá que ver Internet con saber si te la están dando?)

Cuelga y a los dos minutos me llega el correo. Fase 2 del timo excusa justificando el bajo precio del inmueble. En perfecto ingles de shakaspeare explica que es un residente extranjero y que alquila el piso por no poder usarlo. Da unos pasos muy concretos de cómo realizar la transferencia.

Nada mas leer el correo le llamo.

K: Supongo que no se te habrá ocurrido pagar…

IA: Si pero tengo 24 horas para cancelar la transferencia y te quería pedir opinión

Fase 4 del timo Suelta la panoja “primo” que tengo que salir corriendo

K: Mi opinión es que como no lo canceles te habrás unido al selecto grupo de los estafados con los chollopisitos, así que tu veras.

IA: gracias tío, te debo una.

Más bien me debe una docena. Según el correo tu envías una señal a través de una empresa de pagos por Internet y el te envía las llaves. Si no te gusta el piso devuelves las llaves y el te devuelve el dinero. ¿A que os suena raro desde el primer momento.

Reproduzco el correo por si alguien tiene la tentación de picar.

6 – After you make the deposit you will have to send the infos about the money deposit to MoneyBookers (MTCN#, sender’s name and address)
7 – MoneyBookers will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
8 – After you receive the package, You will go and check the apt and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if everything is in order you will instruct MoneyBookers to release the funds to me.
If you don’t like the apt they will send your money back and you will send them the keys and the contract to them to return the package back to me on my expense.I will pay MoneyBookers Service for the shipping and you will pay WesternUnion for the Money Transfer fees.Now i must know for sure if you agree because here are a lot of peoples interested to have this apartment rented and i want to know for sure what i must tell them. If you agree what i suggested i will tell them that my apartment is already rented and i will keep it for you. If you agree then i must have all the shipping details so i will be able to make all the arrangements for the MoneyBookers delivery.
